Batcher (Meat)

1. Accurately batch meat products in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
2. Ensure that all meat is processed and packaged efficiently and to quality specifications.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
4. Monitor and inspect meat products for quality assurance, identifying and reporting any issues.
5. Assist with the setup and operation of batching machinery and equipment.
6. Follow all hygiene and food safety protocols to ensure products meet industry standards.
7. Participate in regular inventory checks and help maintain stock levels.
8. Assist with other tasks as required, including general maintenance and cleanup.
