Her years in managerial roles gives her a great understanding of both the operational side of business and the importance of keeping the workforce safe. Kelly is genuienly passionate about safety, but also understands the bigger picture of how operations need to flow smoothly. Kelly's "down-to-earth, no-nonsense" approach makes her effective when dealing with real-world challenges on the ground and understands the practical side of safety, something that is easily overlooked in more corporate settings.
